The Kingsbury Recreation Association clubhouse may only be rented by Kingsbury homeowners that are current with all Recreation, Homeowners and Royal Clusters dues and fines. Rental fees, deposit and liability must be paid for and signed by the Kingsbury Recreation member.
The rental fee is $100 and can be paid via check or credit card by selecting your preferred payment method below. Regardless of payment method, a $200 security deposit is required in a separate check made payable to Kingsbury Recreation Association, Inc. and must be received by our clubhouse rental coordinator before receiving a key to the clubhouse. You may cancel or change this reservation within two weeks from date the reservation was made, otherwise your payment may be forfeited.
If the clubhouse is left in the original condition, the $200 check will be returned or shredded. If not, the $200 will be used towards correcting the damages. Any damages incurred that exceed $200 will be the responsibility of the homeowner renting the clubhouse.
There are nine 5ft. round tables with 6 chairs at each table. More chairs are in the back room.
There are four 8ft. serving tables.
Building capacity is 96 people.
2 high chairs are available.
Kitchen has stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher.
Large charcoal grill located behind clubhouse. No charcoal, cooking or grill cleaning supplies are provided.
Vacuum, broom, trash bags, restroom supplies and floor mop provided.
Large coffee pot available.
No serving, potholders, or tableware supplies are provided.
